How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within the USA typically takes 7–15 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $35. Orders under $35 have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, your order may already be in processing. Email us immediately at support@texhope.com if you need to make changes.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Your Order page on the website. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking info to update after shipment.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon!

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How do I start a return?
Email us at support@texhope.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Do I pay for return shipping?
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item was defective or we sent the wrong item, we'll cover return shipping.

How do I find my size?
Visit our Size Guide page for detailed measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size charts before ordering.

Are your products true to size?
Most of our items are true to size. For loose-fit or oversized styles, we recommend sizing down if you prefer a closer fit. Check each product description for specific sizing notes.

What materials are your clothes made from?
We use a range of materials including cotton, linen, polyester blends, and ice silk. Material details are listed on every product page.

How should I care for my clothing?
Care instructions are on the product label and listed on each product page. Most items are machine washable on a gentle cycle in cold water.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Our store runs on Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store your full payment details.

Do I need an account to shop?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and view order history.

How do I reset my password?
