SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Times (USA)
• Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days (where available)

Shipping Costs
• Free standard shipping on orders over $35
• Flat-rate shipping fee for orders under $35 (calculated at checkout)

Tracking
All orders receive a tracking number by email once shipped. Please allow 1–3 days for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at support@texhope.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Texhope purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligible Items
• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• Items must be in original condition with tags attached
• Items must be free from perfume, smoke, or damage

Non-Returnable Items
• Final sale items (clearly marked on product page)
• Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Items returned after 30 days

How to Return
1. Email support@texhope.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed in 3–5 business days

Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping and will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
